The Mint Museum Auxiliary

CONSIGNORS:

1) Please fill out the Consignor Registration Form and forward to Marjorie Redding at:

marjorie@dreddinglaw.com OR 2837 Rothwood Drive Charlotte, North Carolina 28211

2) Consignors will receive 50% of the sale price and the other 50% shall be a donation to the Mint Museum Auxiliary.

3) We will assign a consignor number upon receipt of your Consignor Registration Form.

4) Please itemize all things to be consigned. Design professionals and Mint Museum Auxiliary members will price items on site. If you have a price concern about a particular item, please indicate so on the Consignor Registration form. We will do our best ensure a fair price and to maximize the benefit to the MintMuseum and the consignor.

5) If you are a consignor with large and/or numerous items and would like Webb Co. pick up on Wednesday, November 10, please forward your ConsignorRegistration Form on or before Friday, November 5. The Webb Co. will contact you to schedule a time for pick up.

6) Items which sell for less than $30 will be considered a donation (for which you will receive a donation receipt).

7) After the sale, we will forward a list of consigned items and their sale price (if sold for $30 or more) for your tax records.

8) Any unsold items that you do not wish to donate must be picked up by Monday, November 15 at 1:00 p.m. You may pick up unsold items on Sunday, November 14 between 2:00 and 4:00 or Monday, November 15 between 9:00 and 1:00.

9) Checks for sold items will be mailed within two weeks of the sale.

DONORS:

1) Donors do not need to itemize donation UNLESS there are large items for which a donor needs Webb Co. pick up.

2) If you are a donor who needs Webb Co. pick up, please fill out Consignor Registration Form and forward to Marjorie Redding on or before November 5, at:

3) Donors can drop off items at Atherton Mill at the times indicated above.

4) Donors will receive a donor receipt for tax purposes at drop off.
